Seafood with coconut milk and veggies (Gluten free)

Ingredients

Seafood (mix:squid,scallops,prawns)

3 Peppers (red, green, yellow)

1 Spring onion

1 White onion

2 Limes

100gr mangetout

600 ml of coconut milk

4tsp organic tamari soy sauce gluten-free

Salt and pepper

1 cube fish stock (gluten-free)

250gr Rice (basmati, gluten-free)

Optional ingredients:1 red chilli pepper, 5-6 leaves of coriander

Preparation

Add 250g of basmati to a large pan of salted boiling water and cook on medium heat for 12 minutes.

Drain well, and before cover pour on extra virgin olive oil Agria Gea and mix it, then let it stand until you finish the rest of the recipe.

Wash and cut in cubes all the vegetables (except the chilli and the lime).

Sauté the vegetables with extra virgin olive oil Agria Gea  (if you have in a wok or) in a big deep saucepan for 2 minutes.

Add the seafood, two slices of lime and mix it.

Then in medium heat add the soy milk, the organic tamari soy sauce and season.

When the sauce becomes thick, remove from the fire and you are ready to enjoy it!

Tips: When you are ready for service, pour on a little bit of extra virgin olive oil Agria Gea on top for extra flavour!
